Condition of the book: VERY to GOOD NEAR FINE. The book comes with original, unclipped DJ in Good condition. Both "FIRST EDITION" on the bottom and price of $2.75 present on the front flap. Front flap is separated from the rest of the jacket and slightly yellowed. There are small chippings of the jacket, mostly around the edges. There are two, easily removable small pieces of dried and loose tape on jacket (please see photos). DJ can be restored by professional and thus the value of the book can be significantly increased.
